1. How can I order?
Ordering is very easy: put the desired items in your shopping cart, and then place your order by clicking on the button "Add to cart".
We recommend that you create a customer account. As a new customer, you can set up an account during the ordering process and you will then be logged in automatically. If you already have a customer account, you can simply log in with your e-mail address and password.

The order process will guide you step by step through the delivery address and payment. At the end, all your details, your payment method and your order will be summarized. You can then check the data and enter a voucher, if available, before confirming the purchase.
2. Can the delivery address still be changed after dispatch? 
No, it is not possible to change the delivery address after it has been handed over to the shipping service provider.
